2007 Ranger 4x4 XLT 4.0L V6 92,680 Mi. in Wooster, Ohio For Sale

For Sale: xxxx Ford Ranger XLT Supercab 4.0L V6, 4x4 92,268 miles
This is a single owner, extremely well taken care of Ford Ranger 4x4. I love this truck and I have taken very good care of it since buying it new in xxxx. I will provide a carfax report.
This truck was bought and spent the majority of its life in the Northwest free from the forces of the road salt in winter (no salting in the Northwest). There is no rust on the body/frame/panels of this vehicle. It has only been in Ohio the last two years, and has not been driven much in those two years. Mostly around town and to West Virginia occasionally.
Here are the details:
Engine/Drivetrain/Etc.: No issues with anything at any point on this car. I have all the receipts for oil changes and maintenance. The transmission was just flushed and new fluid put in at 89,000 miles, and the oil was just changed, tires just rotated for the first time (only about 5k on them at this point). The transfer case has also had regular fluid replacements and the 4x4 works great. A/C, power windows, power door locks, cruise control, etc all work great.
Required Maintenance: after taking it to a mechanic to prep for sale the following should be taken care of in the near future: front brake pads and wheel bearings (normal wear for a 4x4) and a regular rear differential service. Coolant flush and power steering flush could be done, but are not vital. My local shop quoted ~$700 for all of that (coolant and power steering included). I will negotiate on price b/c of these maintenance items.
Tires: Brand new at 89,000 miles (so about 5,000 miles on the new tires).
Exterior: typical, minor scratches and dings from other cars in parking lots, nothing major. The only issue here is it was broken into on the driver side and they used some kind of tool to pry the lock causing a bit of warp right around the lock. It doesn't affect the security of the vehicle in any way (the door locks just great), it just means you have to use the automatic door locks instead of the key to open the driver door. No other issues. Never been in an accident.
Canopy: Canopy was purchased new with vehicle (have receipt) and was professionally installed.
Bed Liner: This truck has a line-x spray on bed liner, over the rails (see pic, extends to the truck rails where canopy sits). This was done at new as well, and I have the receipt. Really adds to the durability of the bed.
Bed Insert: I have build a custom lumber bed insert for this truck with compartmental storage underneath and the ability to haul stuff on top or sleep on top. This was done because I camp out of the vehicle on kayak trips, and it really makes it convenient when camping.
